The connection i can make to my book is that in Aurora there's over 1300 kids waiting to be adopted or in foster care. This reminds me of my book because all the girls are in a foster home together. I think that it's sad because they got abused in there home before, & they have to leave the people they love. Most of the times, kids get moved from foster home to foster home, like in my book, Whitney, has been in 7 or 8 foster homes already & she is barley 10 years old. So the world can connect to my book because of that.

Daphn, pretty sad connection to the world, but true. What quote would you use from the book to prove that they book talks about the number of times the girl has moved homes? Where can you go on the class website to make sure you include everything in your response? Start to do this!
